At SETELIA, the knowledge transmission and the development of skills are central to our culture.

We consider that learning is an essential lever for collective performance and individual fulfillment. That is why we assist each employee throughout their career. This support is reflected by a strong commitment to continuous training.

Thereby, from their integration, our employees benefit from a structured training course adapted to their profession. This dynamic continues throughout their careers, with measures designed to promote the development of technical skills and the development of soft skills. Our goal: allow everyone to progress, to renew themselves, and to contribute sustainably to collective success.

In 2024, 62% of our employees were able to benefit from at least one training.

We regularly welcome interns and trainees, whom we fully integrate into our teams. These young professionals are guide, trained in the field, and often recruited at the end of their journey.

This approach allows us to detect new talents, while actively participating in their upskilling. Historically, SETELIA recruits around 1/3 of interns on permanent contracts at the end of their internship.

Our talents

“It’s almost 15 years since I joined Setelia.
I started as an intern in 2011, in Setelia’s internal premises, on the validation of mobile terminals and networks. I was able to evolve during my career, with diverse missions throughout France, and sometimes beyond the borders. After a 6-month mission in Bristol (England), I returned to the internal technical department of Setelia as a validation project manager.

A few years later, an opportunity allows me to go on a mission at Orange as an IoT architect.

Today I am still on a mission for Orange, with an evolution of the position over the years, which allowed me to add other strings to my bow.

I have been the driver of Setelia’s IOT package for a few years, in addition to my role as an IOT architect specialized on the LoRa network.

During all these years at Setelia, I have been able to evolve both technically and humanly, through my different positions and my multiple travels, which has always allowed me to flourish in my work, and still today."
