Accreditation, certifications and evaluation
Since 2013, our accreditation, evaluation and certifications confirm our compliance with international standards. They are issued by external accreditation and certification bodies, following others carried out by external auditors and independent contractors.

2013: ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation status
​
ISO/IEC 17025 defines the competence requirements for testing and calibration laboratories. It guarantees the reliability of methods, the traceability of measurements and the validity of the results produced.

2013: Global Certification Forum (GCF) GCF I Members Directory
The GCF is an international non-profit organization that brings together operators, manufacturers and laboratories of the mobile sector. It provides a certification program that ensures mobile and IoT devices meet technical standards and function properly on networks worldwide. This certification facilitates interoperability, reduces test costs and speeds up the time to market for devices.

2014: ISO 14001 Certificate status
​
The ISO 14001 standard defines the requirements of an environmental management system allowing an organization to control and reduce the impact of its activities on the environment. Its main objective is to help organizations become more responsible, sustainable and efficient in their environmental management.

2014: ISO 9001 Certificate status
​
The ISO 9001 standard establishes the requirements for a quality management system aimed at ensuring an organization’s ability to provide compliant and satisfactory products or services to its customers. Its objective is to improve the overall performance of the organization and customer confidence.

2017: ISO 27001 Certificate status
​
The ISO 27001 standard defines the requirements for setting up an information security management system (ISMS) intended to protect data against internal and external risks. Its objective is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information within an organization.

2024: ECOVADIS
​
In 2024, the Ecovadis evaluation awarded Setelia a "Bronze" commitment level, positioning it among the 35% of the most virtuous companies, all sectors combined, in terms of CSR management.
CSR initiatives
Committed since 2018 to social responsibility initiatives, Setelia has been renewing for several years various partnerships that officially and publicly illustrate our CSR membership with external stakeholders.
2018: United Nations Global Compact

The United Nations Global Compact is a call for companies around the world to align their practices and strategies on Ten principles, which stem from the fundamental texts of the United Nations, in the fields of human rights, labor law, environmental law, and the fight against corruption. The ambition of the Global Compact is to develop the global impact of business, by respecting these Ten principles and achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through responsible businesses and ecosystems, which promote change.

2018 : Ecovadis

Ecovadis' mission is to provide reliable and globally recognized sustainability assessments and information, enabling all companies to reduce risks, improve themselves and accelerate the positive impact on our planet and society.

2019: Diversity Charter
​
The Diversity Charter is a commitment text proposed for signature by any employer who wishes, through a proactive approach, to act in favour of diversity and thus go beyond the legal framework of the fight against discrimination.

2020: Our Neighborhoods Have Talent (NQT)
​
NQT is a French association that aims to respond to various economic and social issues by promoting the professional integration (monitored and advised within companies by mentors, executives and experienced leaders) of young graduates.

2025: Companies for the city (Historically IMS: Institute of Solidarity Sponsorship)
​
The association "Les entreprises pour la cité" supports through sharing and co-construction, a collective of 150 organizations engaged in society on themes of equal opportunities in education, corporate diversity, sponsorship and citizen engagement. At the forefront of social innovation, the association provides member companies with individualized support through experts, training and advisory missions, networking to exchange and share good practices, publications to help reflection and action.

Our CSR strategy on the environmental aspect is the result of a collaborative method that engages our relevant stakeholders to limit the impact of our activities and services on the environment.

Energy
​
The implementation of our environmental program involves monitoring, analyzing and determining levers that allow us to reduce our energy consumption. In parallel, we wish to encourage responsible practices by adopting a proactive approach through the voluntary realization of a carbon footprint.

Waste management and recycling
​
Beyond selective sorting, we have also implemented processes such as reducing paper consumption, using reusable products, refurbishing and reusing computer equipment to reduce the production of our internal waste.

Santé et sécurité des employés

La santé et la sécurité des collaborateurs constituent une priorité pour nous. Notre démarche de prévention des risques professionnels vise à garantir un environnement de travail sûr et adapté aux activités exercées. Des actions régulières de formation/sensibilisation à la santé et à la sécurité au travail, telles que la prévention des troubles musculosquelettiques, l’ergonomie des postes, la sécurité incendie et les bonnes pratiques liées au travail sur écran sont réalisés par des organismes externe et interne.​
Setelia s’inscrit également dans une dynamique d’amélioration continue de la qualité de vie et des conditions de travail, en intégrant des actions de prévention lors de temps dédiés comme la semaine de la QVCT. Our CSR strategy at the supply chain level engages our relevant stakeholders to integrate environmental, ethical, social and responsible procurement issues in the exercise of their missions. These issues are also taken into account in training actions as well as in the evaluation of actors' performances, both externally and internally.
