Accreditation

SETELIA holds an accreditation for its laboratory:

ISO/IEC 17025:2017

compETence OF Calibration and Testing Laboratories

Accreditation is a means of ensuring the technical competence and impartiality of a control body. An organization has investigated and decided with an expert auditor to grant us this pledge of quality.

ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation is based on internationally recognized standards for the competence of calibration and testing laboratories. SETELIA obtained this accreditation to maintain its status as RTO (Recognized Test Organization) within the GCF (Global Certification Forum).

GCF

The Global Certification Forum is a consortium of Terminal Builder, Mobile Operator and Test House. Its purpose is to ensure interoperability between mobile terminals, network operators and equipment manufacturers. GCF tests are divided into three categories:

2G/3G/4G/5G Conformance TESTS

Ensure the compliance of the terminal with the standards.

FIELD TRIAL 2G/3G/4G/5G TESTS

Enable mobile and static terminal compatiblity with at least mobile GCF members.

SERVICE TESTS (IOP)

Ensure the compatibility of a terminal with the mobile services (NFC, OMA MMS, Browsing Streaming, etc.) at least mobile operators members GCF.

The requirements for ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 apply to our GCF RTO activity but also to all associated processes. SETELIA is, however, not concerned by the sections of the standard concerning sampling, calibration and measurement uncertainty activities.

SETELIA’s accreditation certificate is available on the website of the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation | A2LA.

CLAIM

Customers can submit their observations and complaints to the laboratory within one month of submitting the test report by sending an email to qse [a] setelia.com. These are recorded, which triggers, if necessary, the implementation of corrective actions that feed the continuous improvement process instigated by operation under quality assurance. Any SETELIA employee is authorized to register a written or oral complaint in writing. This feedback will allow the laboratory to improve its services for better customer satisfaction.

The complaints handling procedure is available to customers on request. Any complaint relating to test results must be the subject of a new sample shipment if the minimum shelf life is exceeded or in the event of changes in the samples
